Function

As lab assistant/quality manager you are responsible for:

  • monitoring the quality of produced concrete and finished concrete products
  • monitoring the sample results
  • taking care of the administrative processing
  • Checking & interpreting results and taking action if necessary
  • giving advice and assistance to the production department
  • maintaining the lab equipment
  • respecting the applicable standards and internal procedures
  • the certifications ( CE + KOMO + UKCA)
  • supporting colleagues' in the lab (if necessary)

Our client is located in the Mouscron region. They are active in prefabrication of architectural concrete and have more than 45 years of experience in the sector.

The company operates in Europe and has 185 employees.

There is close communication between the studio and the office.

Profile

As a lab assistant/quality manager, you preferably have:

  • a bachelor's degree in chemistry/construction or equivalent through experience 
  • knowledge of European regulations on raw materials and the production of concrete products
  • a good knowledge of French or the nerve to speak it
