Quality Lead
Function
As quality lead, your duties will be as follows:
- You will be responsible for developing, monitoring, evaluating and adjusting procedures and processes in support of the quality management system;

Profile
As a quality lead, you preferably meet:
- You have a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering Chemistry/Electromechanics or equivalent through experience;
- You are a real people coach and initial experience of managing a team in doing so is desirable;
- You already have a basic knowledge of injection moulding, and in particular quality management systems;
- Working experience as an auditor or auditee is desirable;
- You already have experience with quality tools such as Lean, Six sigma as well as project management;
- You have knowledge of the ISO standards ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 / IATF 16949 / AS9100 / GMP standard
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English;
- You are flexible to travel sporadically if required;
- You like to work hands- on, are analytical and well organised;
- You are a good communicator and like a customer-oriented, solution-oriented approach.
