As QC Manager you are responsible for the: 

• helping to determine the quality strategy within the Group
• defining and updating procedures, processes and quality standards 
• advising R&D on design & development
• Development of the HSE policy and expansion of the ISP 45001 standard  
• Taking care of legal administration: drawing up the annual plan, safety instruction cards, work accident statements, 
• evaluate the existing procedures and identify risks
• Developing action plans on safety awareness among employees
• reporting to the Managing Director
• working out different projects on safety and quality at group level

For the number 1 in development & production of valves, application tools and accessories for PU foam in pressure vessels with an international character located in the region of Harelbeke, we are looking for a process engineer.

As QC Manager, you preferably have the following profile:

• You have a technical background (preferably (electro)mechanics)
• A diploma of prevention advisor level 2 is a plus but not a must (training can be provided)
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch, French and English. German is a plus
• You have a hands-on attitude and can work independently as well as in a team 
• You have a first experience within ISO 9001 and are able to roll out ISO 45001.
