Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination and execution of various construction projects. You will work closely with the team of expert professionals to ensure that projects are delivered on time, stay on budget and meet the highest quality standards.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinating all teams and subcontractors involved to ensure that projects run according to schedule.
• Monitoring the budget and costs of the projects.
• Assessing and resolving technical issues and bottlenecks.
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring quality standards and compliance with legal requirements.

• A completed degree in Architecture/Architecture.
• Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A proactive and results-oriented attitude.
• A keen eye for detail and quality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• You speak Dutch and French.
