For this vacancy of experienced project leader in industrial construction in Malle, we are looking for someone with a real hands-on mentality.

What will your tasks as project leader look like?

• You realise a variety of building projects in both general construction and steel construction: commercial buildings, distribution centres, production halls, utility buildings, turnkey projects, etc.

• You are the leader of your own 'mini-company': you organise, coordinate and supervise your project(s) from A to Z.
• You draw up the project planning and make timely adjustments.
• You closely monitor deadlines, safety and quality.
• You manage the project budget and explain it at the monthly forecast meetings.
• You are the first point of contact for the customer.
• Furthermore, you ensure that the communication between all parties on the site (worker, site manager, client, architect, subcontractor, etc.) is correct and transparent.
• Internally, you consult with the buyers, work planners and engineers.

• You have completed a higher education in architecture and have about 10 years of experience in a similar position.
• You are fluent in Dutch, but you can also work well in English and French.
• You are fluent in MS Office programmes and can plan with MS Project.
