HVAC project leader

Our client offers the following salary package for the position of HVAC Project Leader:

• Gross monthly salary between 2500 - 3500 euro
• Meal vouchers
• Eco-Vouchers
• Car + Fuel card

As Project Leader HVAC, you will be responsible for a number of projects within the Flemish-Brabant region.
You will join the team of 8 project leaders.

You will provide all calculations and drawings from the quotation phase onwards, and once the project has been sold, you will also do the full follow-up on this.
This includes scheduling the technicians, ordering the necessary materials, visiting the sites and following up afterwards.

For our client in the region of Leuven, we are looking for a Projectleader HVAC. They specialise in HVAC solutions for residential projects.

Our client is an established player in the area. Their completely new office is located in an industrial park and easily accessible by car and public transport.
They have a flat structure, which makes for a very good and family-oriented atmosphere in the company. 

Furthermore, they have a lot of in-house technical knowledge, there is always a colleague who can assist or help you with a problem/question.
The application procedure is short, so it can start quickly if there is a match.

As Project Leader HVAC :

• Do you have a first experience within HVAC
• Do you have knowledge of AutoCad
• You speak Dutch fluently
• You are stress resistant
• You are strong in negotiating with contractors
• You are not afraid to manage the team of technicians
