Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will take charge of various construction projects within a dynamic group. Projects include the acquisition, conversion and sale of properties, with a strong focus on student accommodation and flats.

You will be responsible for full site start-up, including requesting permits and tenders, and supervising the structural phase. You work closely with site managers and coordinate both internal teams and external subcontractors.

You possess:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a project manager, preferably in new construction.
• Experience in technical and practical aspects of construction projects.
• Skill to request and manage permits and tenders.
• Flexible and stress-resistant.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Construction background and network of subcontractors are a plus.
• Living in the Leuven region and willing to travel to various sites.
