Project Manager

In charge of the overall management of construction projects up to Class 6, you will be responsible for both the execution and budget of these projects. Your duties include drawing up plans, preparing the work and making decisions on purchases within my projects.

You will also manage foremen and workers, and be involved in managing subcontractors. Your role requires me to ensure that all projects run efficiently and safely through meticulous site monitoring and strict adherence to safety measures. The ideal Project Manager is someone who seeks variety. For example, no two projects are the same. One project might be a renovation project and another might be a new construction school. Instead, they are looking for people who will not be pigeonholed.

You hold a degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering Construction, preferably with experience. You are flexible in terms of tasks and hours and have managerial and organisational skills. In addition, you can work fluently with a PC and have experience with Office applications and Autocad.

Even more important is the right drive. You really have to be looking for that little bit extra.

Our client is a general contractor located in Balen and specialises in all kinds of branches. Their projects range from industrial construction to public projects.
