HVACS Project Leader

You will be part of a close team with great colleagues. Furthermore, you can count on a full-time job of indefinite duration in a 40-hour week where you are entitled to 12 ADV days.

Moreover, you will receive a remuneration in line with the market, plus a company car, meal vouchers, daily allowance, mobile phone and laptop.

Our client is looking for someone who can tick off the following items as an HVACS project leader:

-You get energy from managing projects and don't mind running 2 projects at the same time.

-You coordinate the work on the site and you are the contact person for the company on the site.

-You are ultimately responsible for customer satisfaction, the technically correct completion and efficient execution of a construction site.

-You start with the correct technical measurement and preparation of the site. The site ends when the weaving is finished and the customer is satisfied.

-You attend site meetings where appropriate.

-You prepare the settlements and invoices.

-You liaise with the business manager and other internal parties.

Our client has been in existence for about 20 years. They are active in the installation of central heating and sanitary installations. They mainly work as subcontractors for larger construction companies and mainly work in apartment building. In total, they have about 35 permanent employees and about 45 people who work for them as subcontractors. The region where they are active, mainly covers the triangle Ghent-Antwerp-Brussels.

For this position we are looking for someone who (for the most part) meets the following requirements:

-You have a technical degree. Preferably a master or bachelor. If you have the right experience, but not the above degree, you will also be considered.

-You have knowledge of an architectural drawing package and MS Office (mainly Excel).

-You have a strong technical insight and are customer friendly.

You are perfectly Dutch-speaking and can make yourself understood in French.

-You like to take responsibility and you have good social skills.

-You have commercial insight, are precise and can work with a focus on results.
