As a Project Leader for automation and E&I, you will work independently at customers' premises. You will manage teams operationally and continuously improve the execution approach. You follow up on the agreements made in advance to the best of your ability. You manage and maintain relationships with clients.

Your responsibilities:

• You take on a coordinating role in the preparation and implementation of projects at customers.
• During the execution of projects, you monitor the project and the risks. You make adjustments in order to avoid risks. 
• You follow up the entire execution: from the start, over the deployment of equipment to the completion of the project. 
• Thorough preparation allows you to guarantee the flexibility of project implementation. 
• As a team, you anticipate irregularities that may occur. 

You will do everything to improve the customer experience and at the same time better manage the costs at the same time. You pay attention to what goes well and what can be improved. In addition, you ensure good feedback, so that objectives are met or adjusted. You plan improvements with You plan improvements with a view to margin, quality and safety. 

You strictly observe the safety and quality procedures.

The company specialises in automation, engineering and consulting. They want to put maximum effort into supporting companies that are looking for knowledge and customised solutions. It provides technical solutions for the expansion or renewal of machine parks and the programming of industrial PLC software, and ensures the follow-up of total projects: from project management, project engineering, commissioning to service and maintenance. 

The company was founded a few years ago and is expanding with this vacancy as Project Leader Automation and E&I. For this vacancy you will work on projects at customers in the Kempen region. 

• Technical bachelor or master degree in automation, electromechanics or similar. 
• Experience (minimum 2 years) in a (managerial) position preferably within the industrial sector. 
• Good knowledge of Dutch. 
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems. 
• In order to travel to projects, you must have a B driving licence. 
• In order to lead the projects, you are communicatively strong, stress-resistant and think in solutions.
