- At least 5 working experiences in a similar role
- Bachelor/master's degree in architecture or engineer-architecture or civil engineer or similar
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Thorough knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and regulations. Experience with BIM software and other architectural design tools is a plus
- Proactive attitude and able to perform under pressure.
