For this project manager vacancy in the Tielt region, your job will consist of the following tasks:

• You are responsible for some 30 projects in different phases.
• As a project manager, you will apply for permits.
• You are responsible for drawing up the planning.
• You will be involved in the price calculation and when the project is ordered you will take over the project.
• As a project manager, you are the point of contact for the customer and you follow up on the deadlines.
• You will lead the site meetings together with the site manager, assembly teams, the architect, suppliers and the client.
• Administratively you will be supported by an administrative assistant.
• You will report directly to the business manager.

In Belgium, they have 300 employees spread over 2 sites. The sites are located in the Benelux, France and Germany.

For this vacancy as project manager in the Tielt region, I am looking for someone who can keep a helicopter view of various projects. Furthermore, you have the following competences:

• You have a higher technical education or equivalent through experience.
• You already have several years of experience in a similar position or as a senior project leader.
• As a project manager, you are someone who has strong organisational skills and is a people manager.
• You have a critical mind.
• You have a good knowledge of CAD and MS Office.
• As a project manager, you are stress-resistant and not easily unbalanced.
