Project Manager

The salary range depends entirely on your experience and background, but can vary from +- €2500 - €5500.
This is complemented by group and hospitalisation insurance, guaranteed income, company car, mobile phone and subscription, laptop, meal vouchers, eco vouchers.

The range of tasks is considered depending on experience and interests. For example, the design and sales part may or may not be omitted, but project coordination, finishing and delivery are essential:

• Creation of design (AutoCAD)
• Scheduling, coordinating and directing the project team of technicians and subcontractors
• Ensuring timely delivery of materials
• monitoring quality and timing by checking and controlling the works carried out
• guarantee guidelines and legislation on safety in the workplace
• attending project meetings
• project administration from A to Z, from quotation to order, post calculation, invoicing, turnover and result
• projects range from a few €1000 to €300 0000 for large projects
• Completion of the project
• Point of contact for the customer throughout the project, regular consultation and answering questions and comments
• actively thinking about areas for improvement of processes and teams

The ratio of desk to yard is about 50%.
Guidance, training and support are available if you are someone who wants to take the next step in your career, but do not yet have any project management experience.

The division carries out design, commissioning and maintenance of fire detection systems for hospitals and industry.

With a pleasant and driven gang of +/- 12 employees, the projects are brought to a successful conclusion from A-Z. Short lines of communication and helpfulness are therefore guaranteed.

For the role of project manager or advancement to this position, we look forward to:

• a technical BA or MA
• Minimum initial experience and ambition for next step
• or experience as a project engineer / project leader
• basic knowledge of electricity / electronics
• interest in fire protection and fire detection
