For this vacancy as project leader renovation you will perform the following tasks:

• As project leader, you will advise the client.
• On the basis of the customer's request, you will draw up the progress reports and final accounts.
• You are in close contact with your colleagues so that the construction process runs smoothly.
• As a project leader, you will take measurements, order materials, and manage workers and subcontractors.
• You are the contact person for the client and the partners.
• You are responsible for the project from A to Z.

Our client is active in renovation projects of houses and flats but this can also be shops or catering establishments. They are mainly active on the coast but a project in the interior is not impossible. The company will guide the client through the renovation process from A-Z.

They employ 35 people but are currently in full growth.

For this vacancy as project leader renovation I am looking for someone with the following qualities:

• You already have a first work experience within the construction sector
• You have enjoyed a construction-technical education.
• You have an enormous interest in renovation.
• Knowledge of French and English is an asset.
• You are a real go-getter.
