Project leader renovation

For the position of project leader renovation in the Kortrijk region, your tasks will be as follows:

• You are going to analyse the plans and measurement records.
• As renovation project leader, you will be requesting quotes from contractors in order to obtain the correct price.
• You will coordinate the renovation projects from A to Z.
• As renovation project leader, you are the point of contact for the client and the contractors.
• You will follow up each project carefully and communicate the information to the correct parties.

Our client is a renovation coordinator and their customers are private individuals or companies.

They guide the client from A to Z during the renovation of their home or office building. Today, they have 200 projects all over Flanders and they are growing. They have 9 employees and do not have their own workers; the company only works with subcontractors.

What profile am I looking for in this position of project leader renovation?
