After a thorough introduction, you will be responsible for planning and managing various HVAC projects in the tertiary or care sector in the region of Limburg, Antwerp and Flemish Brabant. This includes:

• Drawing up a project planning and budget
• Monitoring the progress of the project, developing and coordinating execution plans, drawing up work instructions and taking care of technical problem solving.
• Managing the execution and People Management of a group of mechanics, technicians and subcontractors. This includes the follow-up of check inn @work, settlement of subcontractors,...
• Monitoring safety on the site and organising the necessary toolbox meetings.
• Planning and following up deliveries of materials for the site.
• Drawing up statements of claim, settlements and offers for additional work and, in the case of provisional completion, the final invoice.
• Reporting monthly on the progress of the works to the Branch Manager, both financially and operationally.
• Being the permanent contact for the client and other stakeholders: attending site meetings, monitoring subcontractors, contacting suppliers, etc.
• Monitoring quality from execution to final delivery (including aftercare).
• Organising the start-up of the installation and applying for and planning the necessary inspections.
• Planning and following up the creation of the as built file.
• Detecting opportunities to realise additional works.

You will work closely with other departments within our company such as engineering, measurement & control technology, calculation,... .

• Master or Bachelor level with a solid experience in leading projects in the HVAC or Sanitary sector.
• Good knowledge of the necessary techniques in HVAC, sanitation, measurement & control.
• A strong organiser who works in a planned and meticulous way and who is able to coordinate a multitude of tasks and works.
• Strong motivator who knows how to lead and supervise a team of technicians - installers.
• Dynamic "problem solver" with a hands-on mentality.
