HVAC project leader

As Project Leader HVAC, you will be able to enjoy the following offer:

As Project leader HVAC you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• You will be responsible for the preparation of the projects.
• You will be responsible for the organisation of the shipyards.
• You communicate clearly with your team, the subcontractors and the client.
• You will manage the budgets.
• Every week, you have a cup of coffee with your manager. At the same time, you discuss the projects and exchange ideas.

Our client in Leuven is specialised in the installation and maintenance of HVAC installations. This for both B2B customers and B2C. Our client helps with the selection, design and installation of comfortable and energy efficient HVAC solutions. Approximately 15 people work in the company. Together with them you will contribute to the future of the company.

As Project leader HVAC in Leuven, you preferably meet the following profile:

• You have completed a technical education or equivalent through experience.
• You already have several years of experience in the sector.
• Managing, motivating and coaching people is second nature to you.
• You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
• You don't break a sweat looking after different projects efficiently and simultaneously.
