Fiber project manager

For this position, our client offers:

• A gross monthly salary, depending on your knowledge and experience. Working on a self-employed basis is also a possibility.
• The salary is supplemented by additional legal benefits.

As Project Leader Fiber, you are responsible for the realisation and follow-up of the project. You manage the site managers. You supervise the progress, the budget and the quality of the projects and you monitor the implementation strategy. You regularly visit the projects, so you keep in touch with the technology in practice. However, you do not get lost in details but keep an overview. Above all, you maintain good customer contact and further develop commercial relationships. You ensure that customer expectations are always met.

• Budgeting, forecasting and financial monitoring of projects
• Establish and maintain a professional and conscientious relationship with customers
• Managing, coaching and motivating employees
• Correct administrative handling of files
• Simplify and optimise processes wherever possible
• Structuring large amounts of data efficiently

Our client is a large contracting company. They specialise in four areas: Design & Engineering, Telecom, Infra and Rail. They will end this year with a 900-employee workforce, but they continue to grow. Innovation and sustainability are two key terms within the company.

• You have a technical degree or relevant work experience in a similar job
