As a project leader, you are responsible for A to Z projects in and around the Flanders and Brussels region: studying specifications, launching price requests, devising variant implementation methods, thoroughly analysing tenders, coordinating the implementation and follow-up of works up to and including drawing up the budget and managing the project margin.

You are also the person who evaluates suppliers and subcontractors, measures customer satisfaction, and works very closely with the Managing Director, Sales Director, HR & Finance with a view to scaling up and investing in future growth. In short: you are part of the leading team.

You report to the manager.

Our client is a family business that has been around for 30 years and is now experiencing a breath of fresh air since the son will be continuing the business. They offer total solutions in general electrical works, data networks, home automation, security, PV panels etc. They currently do an average of 50% residential techniques, 35% building techniques SMEs (small to medium-sized premises) and 15% public tenders.

With an average seniority of 17 years, they can be proud of their stability within the company.

• Minimum technical bachelor or equivalent through experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience in building technology (non-industrial)
• You negotiate fluently at different levels
• You like to work in projects, with budgets, fixate on quality and planning and can work polyvalently
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
