• You are (co-)responsible for complete project coordination from A-Z.
• You will communicate closely with contractors, site managers, architects, engineers, ...
• You prepare and monitor planning and budgeting towards execution.
• You attend site meetings and make technical/financial decisions (in consultation).
• You keep an eye on the quality of the work carried out at all times.
• You will report on site planning, budgets and quality on a regular basis.
• You are jointly responsible for customer support and ensure the quality of the finished accommodation (even after completion).

For our client in Hasselt, a project developer specialising in the development of high-quality residential projects, we are looking for a driven project manager with the ambition to realise beautiful (residential) projects together with them. You will join a friendly family business where the passion is clearly perceptible in the cosy offices. 

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in structural engineering (or equivalent through experience)
• Several years of experience in residential (flat) construction are a must.
• Independent working and stress resistance are among your skills.
• You also naturally enjoy working in a team and are ambitious and driven.
• Smooth and thoughtful communication is in your blood. You are both communicative and assertive.
• You can prioritise and think proactively about suitable solutions.
• In addition, you always work in an organised way and are also administratively strong.
• You enjoy being given responsibility and are willing to go to extremes to ensure top results.
