Project Manager

For the job as project leader you may expect the following: 

• You will receive a gross monthly salary according to your knowledge, experience and expectations

For the job as project leader in the region of Brabant, you will perform the following tasks: 

•  You are responsible for the full organisation of the project
•  You draw up an annual budget.
•  You check the safety regulations at the site
•  You take into account the budgets of the projects.
•  You look for subcontractors and conclude contracts. 
•  You manage all the people on the yard. 
•  You communicate between the different parties. 

You will be working for a company that specialises in infrastructure works. They are located in Brabant and are a major player in the infrastructure world. You will be working in a large company where delivering quality to their project is a must. 

For the vacancy as project leader in the Brabant region, you have the following skills: 

• You have a degree in construction engineering or equivalent through experience
• You already have experience in a similar position.
• You have a good command of the Dutch language and knowledge of French is an advantage.
• You are a motivator by nature and you like to lead a team. 
• You have strong organisational skills and are a good communicator. 
• You can work independently.
