As project engineer soil, you are the contact point for all questions on earth-moving and environmental regulations regarding dredging and earthworks. Together with the department manager, you work out the earth-moving scope for the Oosterweel project. This is an integral cooperation with the civil work preparation, the earthmoving execution team and the calculation team.

Your responsibilities:

- Under coaching from the chief work planner and in collaboration with the execution team, you will analyse the immense earthmoving scope of the Oosterweel project on the Right Bank.

- This includes determining execution methods, investigating variant execution techniques, establishing the necessary equipment, preparing the schedule, determining volumes and yields, etc.

- Place of employment is on site in the project offices in Antwerp.

For this position we are looking for someone who:

- In possession of a Master's degree in architecture

- Several years of relevant work experience in execution or work preparation in dry earthmoving (hydraulic excavators, wheel loaders, bulldozers, dumpers, etc.)

- Can speak Dutch and English

- Flexible in every sense of the word

- Willing to travel
