As a project engineer R&D, you will be working in a multidisciplinary department where you will be involved in the development of the weaving machines of the future. With your creative mind and passion for technology, you will develop new machine parts together with your team and come up with new concepts, based on customer and market expectations. Your strong communication skills enable you to present your new developments convincingly and maintain smooth contacts with your own suppliers via the purchasing department.

This company - located in the heart of West Flanders - is a multidisciplinary industrial group active worldwide in various sectors: agriculture, machine building, water management, etc. The solutions they offer can be used for a variety of applications. The group currently has 7,000 employees and, because they have a strong position in the market and are growing continuously, they are looking for a project engineer R&D.

As a project engineer R&D, you preferably meet the following requirements:

• you have a technical master's degree
• you have a broad field of interest and are fascinated by technology and engineering
• you are ambitious and fascinated by technology
• you enjoy working from your expertise in a multidisciplinary team
• Both junior profiles with the right attitude and affinity and profiles with relevant experience will be considered.
