As an R&D expert, you play a crucial role in pursuing quality improvements for the products and support production in process improvements and problem solving. With your expertise, you contribute to continuous innovation and development of high-quality products. You work together with an enthusiastic R&D team and have a key position in defining and executing Continuous Improvement projects.

We are looking for a driven employee who:

- Continuously works on the necessary knowledge building and uses and passes on this knowledge to other R&D colleagues, to realise better product development.

- Define and implement potential 'Continuous improvement projects'.

- Is the first point of contact for quality improvements, using research and testing. He/she formulates and implements improvement actions, in communication with colleagues from R&D, quality and production.

- Is the first point of contact for production issues and improvements. He/she conducts tests to then formulate recommendations (together with other R&D staff) on better production methods, product features, increased product performance and new opportunities.

- Coordinates production tests in collaboration with colleagues (planning, production, process & management engineer, QC).

- Identify, implement and monitor the relationship of process parameters and product.

- Communication and training provided to production and quality.

- Contributes to the achievement of corporate and departmental objectives.

- You have a master's degree in a scientific field (such as chemistry or engineering);

- You have knowledge and interest in chemistry, process and project management;
