Project coordinator

You will fall within a salary scale depending on your degree and experience.

In addition, you can count on meal vouchers, full reimbursement for public transport, reimbursement for bicycle or environment-friendly commuting, holiday allowance, end-of-year bonus, performance bonus (individual), performance bonus (collective), hospitalisation insurance, smartphone, internet subscription at home, company bicycle (lease), company car.

Moreover, you get 12 ADV days because you work in a 40-hour week, you have 15 holidays (instead of the usual 10). Furthermore, you can make use of flexible hours and you can take your overtime in holidays.

You are responsible for the preparation and planning of new projects:

• Translating analysis of the problem into a project, including timing
• go on site if necessary
• Drawing up an estimate of the material, number of working hours, etc.
• Organising site meetings, making clear agreements with (sub)contractors and coordinating with other utility companies
• Act as contact person for the customer
• You follow up on projects, make adjustments where necessary and finish off qualitatively
• Evaluating the work done on the basis of the agreements made
• Finalising the project administration and checking the invoices
• You will report to your manager and take up your role within the team to ensure efficient working practices.
• Reporting on performance and ensuring a smooth flow of information
• Detecting, reporting and resolving defects and sharing improvement proposals

Our client is a government organisation with a wide range of services. They supply drinking water and industrial water, decontaminate waste water, make our purchasing expertise available and manage public buildings.

The following competencies are expected in this role:

• You have a bachelor's degree in a technical direction
•  A first experience in site coordination is an asset, but not a requirement
• You like to coordinate several projects simultaneously in different implementation phases
• You have a driving licence B
• You use the usual software
