Project Architect

What you can expect as Project Architect in the Ghent region:

In team Ghent, you can hold the position of Project Architect. 

• You are responsible for the complete follow-up of the projects (A to Z)
• Together with the assistant architect/building draughtsman, you take care of the architectural plans for the client 
• You are jointly responsible for drawing up building applications and the measurement report. 
• You discuss the project together with the customer 
• During the project you will also visit the construction sites for follow-up 
• In time you can take the lead of the office in Ghent

You will be working in an international architectural firm. 

They realise beautiful and large, complex projects and are located in Ghent. 

You will be joining a team of 8 people. They want to grow to a team of 15 people.  

The language of communication is English and Dutch. 

To carry out the job as Project Architect, you have these skills: 

• You have a Master's degree in Architecture 
• You have previous experience in a similar position 
• You have a good knowledge of AutoCad, Revit and the Office package
• You like to work on difficult projects with high demands from the customer 
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English, French is not a must, but is a plus
• You have a flexible attitude because the clients also have projects abroad. If necessary, you will travel abroad to follow up the project, or to Dublin where the head office is located.
