Project architect

As a project architect, you are extremely interested in the executive side. 

In addition, the following tasks are part of the job. The size of the % of each individual task is negotiable.

• monitoring and control of own projects
• attend yard meetings
• drawing up measurement statements & claim statements
• calculating
• customer contact

This employer has more than 30 years of experience in designing and implementing architectural projects throughout Flanders. Their specialism is in non-residential, logistics and industrial construction. 

For more than 1,000 projects such as logistics warehouses, elevated retail parks, SME buildings, public buildings such as training centres, car dealerships, office projects, etc... they are a guarantee. They distinguish themselves through their solution-oriented, no-nonsense approach.

It currently employs 15 people across two branches and because of growth, they are looking to hire additional colleagues.

In any case, you will join a fun gang where flexibility and work/life balance are highly valued. No working through evenings or weekends. 

For the position of project architect, we are looking for someone with maturity and eagerness to grow within the role and office.

• you hold a degree in architecture or engineering design 
• Knowledge of REVIT is welcomed
• several years of experience after your internship are a plus
• ability to work well in a team
• thorough knowledge of the Dutch language
• living up to 30 min around Keerbergen
