Production Supervisor

As production supervisor, your duties will be as follows:

• make proposals to optimise processes and production methods. You do this by managing water by means of buffer basins, maintenance, management of pipes, sampling, etc.).
• Within your proactive role, you detect problems and difficulties, this also by listening to the shop floor.
• Knowledge of the 'legal framework' is very important here. You are eager to learn and immerse yourself in it. To do this, you can gather information through networking, trade fairs and various studies, enabling you to develop new technologies and working methods (e.g. water treatment, CHPs = heat recuperation, etc.).
• he jumps in where necessary to manage the deposit correctly and helps watch over returns.

As production supervisor, you preferably meet:

• You enjoyed a technical bachelor's degree and already have several years of work experience.
• You have a hands-on mentality and can be flexible.
• On the one hand, you can chat along, but on the other, you can stand your ground when necessary. You have good communication skills.
• The desire to learn continuously is in your DNA. You are also mature enough to take sufficient initiatives in this respect.
• You are flexible in terms of hours and being on standby every 6-7 weeks for emergencies (fire, flood, etc.) is not a problem for you.
