You take care of the ins and outs of the production environment. You are an indispensable link between the various departments. You are responsible for the following tasks:

• Managing employees in the production.
• In case of problems, you will assist and solve them where necessary.
• Together with the management team, you make the planning of 15 workers.
• You will check incoming goods and documents and process them in the ERP system.
• Via the ERP system, you check which materials are in stock and you order which products are in short supply.
• You guard the quality of the products when they are delivered to the customer.

Which indispensable link am I looking for?

• You have a technical education in the field of wood, bachelor wood technology or equivalent through experience.
• You are able to present an initial experience in a managerial position (planning, project management, production management, etc.).
• You can motivate a team like no other.
• You are strong in planning and administration.
• In stressful situations, you can keep a cool head and think in terms of solutions.
• You like to think along with your employer to find the right solutions, your own input is always welcome.
• Knowledge of Autocad/Imos and CNC software is a plus.
