Production assistant

You will be employed in the dyeing department of the production. Here, the yarn is dyed in the right colour before being woven into carpets. You will be responsible for making and visually checking the dye samples so that the quality for our customers is guaranteed.

Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

-Completion of requests to create colour wheels. Both from customer orders and new designs that R&D is working on.

-Via the automatic dosage system, you enter the recipe that goes with the colour you want and then check whether the colour is correct.

-You adjust and adapt the recipe where necessary until you get the perfect result.

-In addition to painting colour samples, you will also provide general administrative support to the department. Think of tasks such as writing out

work instructions.

-You preferably have a higher degree. Textile can be a plus, but is not a must.

-You can distinguish colours well, the rest will be learnt.

-You are interested and motivated to learn about the world of colours.

-You feel good in a production environment and like to be present on the work floor.

-You take responsibility in carrying out your tasks and you know how to organise your work according to priorities.

-You can work fluently with Word and Excel.

-You speak good Dutch and can also make yourself understood in English orally and in writing for communication with R&D.
