Production and claims manager

As a Production and Claims Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Point of contact and confidential advisor for the customers (both by phone and in person);
• Full production and claims management of the insurance files;
• Comparison and preparation of quotations;
• Preparation of policies and delivery of deeds, processing of policy cancellations, suspensions and nullifications;
• Proposing solutions according to the needs of the client in order to handle the files as efficiently as possible;
• Providing advice to customers on all their questions regarding their file;
• The independent handling and management of claims files (car, fire, third party liability, varia, etc.);
• Ensuring the correct interpretation of the damage reports (assessment of coverage, culpability and correctness) and the correct, quick and efficient settlement of the damage. You
• performs all related administrative tasks correctly and in a timely manner;
• Ensuring a professional and thorough communication in the claim files with clients, insurance companies, experts, lawyers, ...

As a Production and Damage Control Officer, you have/are:

• Bachelor of Finance and Insurance or equivalent through experience;
• 1st work experience to an experienced employee at an insurance brokerage;
• Perfectly Dutch;
• Spoken knowledge of French and/or English is an asset;
• Hands-on person, contactable and with commercial understanding of the business of an insurance office;
• Interested in participating in the further growth of this firm's portfolio.
