What will you do as a product developer?

- You will join the engineering department in a challenging environment.

- As a member of the product development team, you will focus on building the complete product, fitting everything together.

- The company operates within prototypes. Every project is different.

- You design in Inventor and/or work with an external drawing office.

- These are mechanical structures and components.

The sky is the limit... there are no limits.

The company is a Belgian engineering company active in air traffic control (ATC) and air defence radar.

As a Master of Science in Electromechanical Engineering Technology or equivalent by experience, you will be able to digitally model a product using tools such as Inventor.

Designing mechanical components used in your products, from a front panel to a radar component.

Knowledge of thermal design, EMI and EMC will make you a perfect fit for this job.

During development we use Jira and GIT to manage the development process, knowledge of these tools is a plus but not a must.

Most importantly, you must be willing to learn and have an open mind to think out-of-the box.

Finally, you will be responsible for finding and maintaining contacts with subcontractors who can provide the knowledge and expertise you need to successfully complete the work.
