• You are responsible for monitoring and improving various chemical production processes.

• You are responsible for process controls (instrumentation) and you are involved in the further automation of the various production lines.
• You work closely with the engineering manager in the further development of the automation of production.
• You monitor the impact of adjustments on the stability of the processes and you are responsible for the maintenance and follow-up of the applications.
• You are responsible for the maintenance department and monitor its operation. You manage a team of 4 people.

• Master degree in a technical direction.
• Experience in an industrial environment with a strong focus on process and project engineering.
• Experience with a maintenance department is a plus.
• Technical knowledge and feeling for mechanics, electricity and automation.
• Eye for safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Communicatively strong, good listening and interpretation skills.
• Sense of initiative (independence, proactive thinking)
