As a prevention consultant within this family-run business, you will take the lead in new safety initiatives:

• You analyse safety awareness on the sites, environmental factors, resources and safety instructions. This results in the continuous raising of safety levels within the organisation.
• You are jointly responsible for implementing and executing the existing international security plan
• You provide specific advice and presentations to executives and workers.
• You perform the legally defined tasks within the scope of your role as prevention adviser and liaise with your foreign colleagues.
• You advise project management in carrying out risk analyses and organise internal audits for both ISO and VCA. Based on this, you take the necessary measures and draw up action plans.
• You will analyse incidents and workplace accidents, give appropriate advice and take necessary actions.
• You will monitor compliance with safety regulations and the quality management system.
• Site visits and attending coordination meetings are among your daily tasks.
• You advise the purchasing department on safety requirements when purchasing work equipment, PPE, etc.
• You are a professional specialist, so you stay up-to-date in your field and ensure communication and application throughout the organisation.

Our client is a company active in the manufacture of concrete products for roadworks and utility lines. In addition to the production of standard products, they also design their own products tailored to the customer's needs. It is a family business with several branches. They are active in the construction sector and also follow the construction leave.

You are up for a challenge and on top of that:

• Are you in possession of and diploma Prevention Advisor min. level II and preferably familiar with ISO.
• You have a minimum of several years' experience in a hands-on safety role, preferably in a construction environment.
• You communicate, advise and persuade easily at all levels of the company, both with management and workers.
• You can work independently and systematically, with the right priorities
