As prevention adviser, you perform support work in relation to safety and welfare policy and provide advice and support to the hierarchy and employees. You carry out risk analyses and contribute to the dynamic risk management system.

• You will collaborate on risk assessments and propose preventive measures to improve employee welfare.
• You formulate advice in connection with work equipment and guidelines on the organisation and set-up of the workplace.
• You will participate in welcoming, training and raising the awareness of all employees.
• You perform all legally provided administration.
• You help identify risks, formulate proposals for improvement and implementation.
• You will support the preparation of the global prevention plan and the annual action plan.
• You help follow up on legally required inspections.
• You follow very closely the evolution of applicable legislation.
• You are also willing to work and address safety and welfare issues yourself.
• You will maintain the company's SCC** certification.
• You maintain the company's Erbo certification.
• You maintain the company's FSC certification.
• You will organise safety-related training and maintain accreditations.

• You have a VCA operational supervisor certificate or are willing to obtain it within 3 months of recruitment.
