Plant controller

In the role of Plant Controller, you will be responsible for financial reporting compliance and compliance. You will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the organisation's financial structure and optimisation processes. You have a broad and versatile range of tasks in which you work closely with various departments and external parties. Your focus is on improving financial processes and preparing high-quality, reliable reports.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and supervise monthly, quarterly and annual closures and prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
• Act as point of contact for internal and external audits and oversee SOX compliance.
• Prepare statutory statutory obligations and support ad hoc analysis and reporting for management.
• Detect financial deviations and recommend process improvements.
• Sparring with the finance team on reporting needs and practically implementing these ideas to optimise financial processes.

For this role, we are looking for an energetic and experienced Plant Controller who is analytically minded and wants to actively contribute to financial growth and structure. Are you hands-on, communicatively strong and a real team player? Then this challenge could suit you perfectly.

What do we expect from you?

• A bachelor's or master's degree in a financial field.
• At least several years of relevant work experience within a finance department, or in an audit or fiduciary role.
• Experience with Excel and ERP systems; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX and SAP is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey financial data in a clear and people-oriented manner.
• Excellent command of Dutch, and good knowledge of English.
