- A master's degree in industrial engineering, preferably in electromechanics, structural engineering or surveying
- An initial experience of 5 years, preferably in the realisation of civil engineering projects, the construction of pipelines or linear infrastructure or the construction of (petro)chemical plants
- A keen eye for safety and knowledge of welfare legislation
- Preferably a VCA certificate and a level B safety coordinator diploma
- A strong analytical and critical mind
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: you like to cooperate and negotiate and know how to motivate others
- A very good knowledge of French and Dutch with a good knowledge of English
- Willingness to travel frequently in Belgium
- A driving licence B
