Function

What do you do as a marketer? As Marketer, together with the team, you help direct the (online) marketing and communication strategy of CTRL-F and you are the point of contact for marketing within our company. In this position, you are a jack-of-all-trades dealing with online campaigns, social media management as well as marketing automation. The necessary variety, we can assure you. You can further develop your expertise together with the marketing team of the parent company, Accent. You can also count on consultation, advice and support through this team.

  • Together with the team, you draw the outlines for the marketing and communication plan. You roll out the marketing campaigns from A to Z yourself. Based on data, you analyse the ongoing campaigns. Are the results not as desired? Then you take care of appropriate optimisations.
  • By setting up and following up all kinds of actions and campaigns, you contribute to the positioning and brand awareness of our company. You think along strategically but also know how to bring our vision to life.
  • You will respond creatively to the latest trends in marketing and social media, safeguarding CTRL-F's overall brand image.
  • You will be responsible for optimising our digital marketing performance. This includes developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEA, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, social media. Through these, we aim to increase CTRL-F's visibility and reach on all digital channels and generate leads.

Profile

Who are you?

  • A marketing background is a must, relevant experience definitely a plus.
  • You are strong at identifying target audiences and coming up with digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
  • You have knowledge of setting up, adjusting and evaluating digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Terms like SEO, google analytics, CMS and Google ads are not foreign to you. You have experience managing paid ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and twitter. Do you also have experience setting up and analysing A/B tests for ad elements and landing pages? Fine!
  • An initial knowledge of marketing automation is welcome as well as experience optimising landing pages and user funnels.
  • You are hands-on and take ownership of what you do. You are enterprising and have a sense of initiative, so you spot untapped opportunities and make sure they are picked up. You are critical, communicative, proactive and creative.
