As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations and optimising processes within the company specialising in scaffolding construction for industrial projects. You will manage a team of four project managers and report directly to the managing director.


  • Maintain an overview of ongoing projects and ensure they are completed on time and on budget
  • Liaise with project leaders and support them in improving performance and efficiency
  • Analysing financial reports and ensuring operational targets are met
  • Plotting strategic lines
  • Keep communication channels short and effective, both internally and with subcontractors
  • Monitoring compliance with safety and quality standards

Profile


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent through experience
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar operational role
  • Experience in the construction or industrial sector is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and numerical understanding
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Leadership skills and able to motivate and manage a team
  • Hands-on and people-oriented
  • Willingness to travel to the various sites
