Design and project engineer

As a project engineer:

• manage the relationships with the clients for the projects.
• you are responsible for the design of machines and complete production lines and installations
• You are responsible for following up the project progress in function of timely delivery in agreement with the client.
• Making production drawings in preparation for production.
• compile the parts lists.
• supervising the suppliers when purchasing components or complete parts of the installations.
• You consult with colleagues about designs and constructions for the various projects.
• You are responsible for maintaining and processing technical documentation. 

For our client specialising in designing and building machines for the industries, we are looking for an experienced design & project engineer.

As a project engineer: 

• you are in charge of the smooth cooperation with customers and are able to further develop customer relations and gain customers' trust 
• you have a sense of initiative.
• You are a team player who enjoys working with colleagues.
• You have a technical master's degree.
• You have experience as a designer of complex machines.
• Experience with 3D design 
• in possession of a driving licence B
• You have knowledge of Dutch in word and writing 
• have a working knowledge of French and English
