Office holder

As an office manager, you are the face of the office. You:

• Builds long-term relationships with clients and guides them through small and big changes in their lives;
• Detects opportunities to expand the office and attract new clients;
• Organises actions and campaigns to increase the visibility of the Ostend office;
• Is responsible for the daily operation and organisation of the office;
• Supports, guides and advises your team in selling banking products;
• Reports directly to the sector manager.

You are someone who:

• Possesses a bachelor's degree or relevant experience in the banking sector, preferably in a commercial role;
• Has knowledge of savings and investment products, loans, insurance and other banking services;
• Has a local network in the Ostend region and wants to make a long-term commitment to the office;
• Combines commercial flair, a nose for opportunities and a strong sense of entrepreneurship;
• Sees himself as a people manager with experience in managing a team on a daily basis;
• Think solution-oriented and actively convert opportunities into concrete actions.
