Maintenance Supervisor
Function
As Maintance Supervisor, you are responsible for the organisation, follow-up and planning of both, curative and preventive maintenance activities of production plants and machines.
Below is a sample of your duties:

- You will be responsible for the start-up and installation of new equipment in close consultation with the responsible Works Engineer and production manager.
- You will direct the spare parts warehouse worker who will take care of management and administration so that the right spare parts are always available in a timely manner.
- You take care of the necessary personnel administration of the maintenance department (leave, sick notes, etc.)
- You keep the training sheets up-to-date for maintenance staff. You have an eye for training needs of maintenance staff and discuss this with the Maintenance & Engineering Manager so that training can be organised.
- You will adjust the preventive maintenance plan in consultation with the maintenance coordinator.
- You take the necessary actions in case of calls outside working hours related to the surveillance system.
- In this role, you will report to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager.
Profile
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you can tick off most of the following:
- You have a bachelor's degree (preferably electromechanics).
- You have built up minimum 5 years of technical expertise in a maintenance department in a production context. You have knowledge of production processes, mechanics & electricity.
- You have leadership experience. You have the necessary coaching and directing skills to manage your team in a smooth way.
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English.
- Your clear verbal communication and listening skills enable you to give your employees honest feedback.
- You are driven and persistent to achieve predefined results. This with a strong focus on safety.
- You are strong in planning and organising. You know how to prioritise and dare to make decisions.
- You are stress-resistant and flexible to adapt your working methods.
