• Supervising maintenance technicians and welders/technicians
• Locate electrical and mechanical faults in the machines, propose technical solutions and carry out repairs together with your team
• Expanding preventive maintenance
• Supporting automation projects
• Start up the maintenance software together with the process manager
• You are not afraid of moving machines and thinking along in fluxes
• Planning and execution of routine or necessary maintenance at predefined maintenance intervals
• Scheduling of external technicians if necessary
• Adjusting machine safety
• You work closely with the production manager, quality & safety manager and the process manager
• Building maintenance is also under your supervision

Our client designs and manufactures innovative joining, fixing and anchoring techniques. From the safe use of precast concrete elements and technically sophisticated concrete connections to the support of architectural facades and innovative ways of improving thermal and acoustic performance, there are few parts of a building structure that are not improved by their building solutions. In addition to new buildings, their competences extend to structural repair systems and flexible framing systems for industrial applications.

• Diploma in Electromechanics or equivalent through practical experience
• Relevant work experience in a production environment
• Motivated and eager to learn
• Experience in leading a team
• Knowledge of electromechanics, pneumatics and electricity
• Positive attitude
• Flexible and solution-oriented thinking is a must
• You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and French
