Maintenance Engineer

As a Maintenance Engineer at our company, you play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising this machinery. Your work is diverse and focused on both the short and long term. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our production processes and be the first point of contact for technical questions.

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies and plans.
• Coordinate and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Working with suppliers for the procurement and purchase of new machines.
• Lead and manage internal and external machine improvement projects.
• Support the technical staff and act as a source of knowledge.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Report to the Maintenance Manager on progress and results.

To be successful in the role of Maintenance Engineer, we expect the following from you:

• Master working and thinking level, preferably in a technical field.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of maintenance management and systems.
• Experience in project management and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to attend training and courses for professional development.
