Maintenance coordinator

Job description:

As Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing various tasks efficiently and accurately, from the moment the request comes in to invoicing. Does this sound like fun for you?

• Efficiently create new maintenance files based on incoming emails.
• Preparing and processing work orders, allowing our technicians to be well prepared for work.
• You will ensure streamlined planning and execution of the maintenance of as many as 3,000,000 m² of roof per year. You do this in close consultation with the customer.
• After maintenance has been carried out by our technicians or subcontractors, you are responsible for receiving, editing and processing before-and-after photos digitally.
• You will prepare reports on maintenance performed and forward them to our customers.
• You are responsible for a smooth and error-free invoicing flow.

Requirements:

• Communication skills: you can communicate clearly with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Accuracy is in your DNA and you are familiar with following administrative processes.
• Fluent PC skills: you can quickly master new software packages.
• Language skills: you can express yourself fluently in both Dutch and French.
• Experience as a planner/administrative assistant in construction is an asset, at the same time we are happy to offer training and support to enthusiastic candidates.
