As production maintenance coordinator you are responsible for:

• Preparing orders for both internal and external technicians. This includes providing the necessary work instructions, permits and working material
• planning the necessary interventions on a daily basis and drawing up a weekly schedule for carrying out the work, taking account of the priorities
• drawing up a preventive maintenance plan
• motivating, coaching and training the technicians
• monitoring the progress of the work
• devising innovative solutions
• giving attention to safety and quality

For a brand new food factory in the region of Poperinge, we are looking for a maintenence coordinator production. You will be working in an inventive and growing company that operates at 13 different production sites and is the largest European producer of fresh, frozen and dried potato products. 

As a Production Maintenance Coordinator, you preferably meet the following requirements:

• you have a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
• you are analytically minded, but still have a hands-on mentality
• you can work independently
• you are strong in organisational skills
• You have a great sense of responsibility and the will to continuously improve things
• you have a good command of the Dutch language and you dare to express yourself in French
