Function

Our client is looking to strengthen their HR legal team for the broad region of Antwerp, Limburg and Flemish Brabant.

As a legal consultant, your main task is to provide legal advice to small to large companies regarding their payroll policies and payroll. You analyse their needs, challenges and work with them until you can provide a conclusive answer. To do this, you will visit clients on site, make many phone calls and write clear emails.

As you will become the legal expert of choice for your clients, you will ensure that you are up to date with all changes within social legislation. You closely follow the new HR trends so that you can speak with clients about the various topics within their specific sector. That way, you are in a strong position for the training courses you will be giving to colleagues, companies, etc. This is where you provide your own presentations and training material. A dash of creativity is therefore a nice touch here.
