As Jurist(e) you are responsible for the following tasks:

• Management and follow-up of claims (amicable and judicial recovery procedures, disputes, fraud files, etc.)
• Daily contact with clients, lawyers,
• bailiffs, notaries...
• Business advice in case of legislative changes and optimisation possibilities.

Our client is a Belgian financial institution, specialised in savings and credit. They operate in a real niche sector and have more than 60 years of experience on the counter.

In recent years, they have experienced very nice growth and therefore continue to invest in their greatest value, staff.

They are therefore looking for a new colleague for their Team Recovey.

As a Jurist(e) you are/have:

• Master degree in Law or equivalent through experience;
• Knowledge of insolvency procedures is a big plus;
• Team player with a great sense of responsibility;
• Stress resistant, correct and assertive
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and French.
