Junior Support Engineer

You will mainly be responsible for maintenance, adjustments and integrations of our internal service now system. Here are some of your tasks:

• Implementation of new requests.
• Development and integration of the systems with other systems and platforms.
• Creation of reports, homepages and dashboards.
• Testing and installing updates and new releases.
• Creation of business flows in low-code and no-code enviroments.
• Scripts will be created and maintained in JavaScript.

Together with our head office, we are looking for a Junior Support Engineer. So you don't just work for a company, but for THE company! At our office in Roeselare there are always plenty of activities, team building events, legendary staff parties (believe me!) and the possibility of bringing a basket of ironing to work once a week, which our fantastic ironing ladies will take care of.

Due to an internal shift, Pieter is looking for an extra colleague in his team. Pieter has been a fixture in the team for 10 years and is currently a service manager.

• Basic knowledge of Angular JS and ITIL best practices.
• Your knowledge of IT has been gained through a diploma (even people who have not completed their education are eligible) or through first work experience.
• You will be working in an international environment, so you will regularly speak French and/or English. Here, we are looking for someone who mainly dares to speak.

For this team, it is important that the new colleague fits into the team in terms of company culture, this is much more important than the right experience.
