Junior Project Manager-(ir.)Architect

Are you the creative and dynamic Junior Project Manager-(ir.)Architect who we are looking for? At our partner, you will have the opportunity to help shape architectural projects from the sketch phase to completion. As a core member of the team, you will work closely with experienced architects, site managers and project leaders and contribute to the realisation of aesthetically and functionally impressive projects.

• Elaboration of sketches and designs.
• Preparation of technical plans and documentation.
• Deftly coordinate administrative processes.
• Communicating with different stakeholders.
• Request tenders and manage tender files.
• Accurately monitor and meet project deadlines.

We are looking for an ambitious Junior Project Manager-(ir.)Architect Who will join the team. Do you have what it takes?

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor/Master's degree in architecture or engineer architect.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques and regulations.
• Experience with BIM and architectural design tools is a plus.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, additional languages are a bonus.
